Let Me Rest

This past holiday has been very tiring for me, but most of the blame goes to me while the rest is shared equally on other reasons which I will refrain from mentioning (knowing myself, I might ter-mention it anyway…haha).

I’ve been sleeping around 2am every day for the past 2 weeks and waking up at 10am. Though I did get 8 hours of sleep, sleeping pass midnight for two weeks is never healthy and I kinda regret it. *nervous laugh*

Sleep past midnight isn’t my only reason, ever since my holidays started, I’ve been running around the house and town non-stop, doing chores and running errands. One thing I’ve notice that this happens virtually every time I have a break. I get lots of stuff to do and I don’t get to rest properly.

Like today, I downloaded a one-hour episode of a Korean variety program (Idol Sports Athletes Championship 2010 Chuseok Special) and was hoping to be able to watch it when I’m back at home. I watched it, but I paused and got up from my seat to run errands more than 10 times within that one-hour show! It was only supposed to take me one-hour to finish it but it took me also 2hours!!! It is really not fun to watch a show while pausing that many times! It totally throws off the feelings and mind you, it was a sports show so I didn’t feel the suspense and intensity while waiting for the winners to be announced.

I wonder is it a very big deal that I want to rest instead of run errands for others. I don’t think so. I’m just really tired and want to sit down and relax, enjoy myself.

Wonder what’s it like to laze around at home, doing nothing, enjoying myself without having to worry about others shouting at me to run errands. Call me irresponsible or whatever you want.

I’m too tired to care anymore.
