Tribute
Goddess of Food

Happy Birthday to Choi Sooyoung of Girls’ Generation! *jjak jjak jjak jjak jjak*
The one who taught me the importance of humility and also remembering where we came from, always be appreciative of what we have and also being a sporting and cool person. Known as the ShikShin of the group, it literally means Goddess of Food, a person who eats a lot. haha! She is stereotypically portrayed in fanfics to be a person who is crazy about food and her partner in crime would be YoonA, ShikSHin #2! Haha
She's also the tallest among the SNSD members. Standing at 170cm (or so) there is almost a 15cm gap between the tallest member (Sooyoung) and the shortest member (Sunny, 155cm) and she definitely enjoys teasing the dangshins (shorties) in the group. =]
Whenever it’s her turn to sing her part during performances, fangirls go crazy and start screaming their heads off! (I personally find it very entertaining haha)
Happy Birthday Sooyoung ^^
(her birthday is technically tomorrow but I’m posting this early because I’m not sure if I’ll have time tomorrow. Haha)

Lessons
Others may critisise you for doing the things you do but fret not, it's called being an individual. GO ahead and do whatever it is that you want and like. Nobody has the right to judge you based on your actions. Not even parents have the rights to judge their children because children are individuals who have their own special point of view in daily life.
Like everybody else, I too have my own basic set. I try to follow them even though I know that I might not be able to all the time. It's the thought that counts, right? Like for instance, I try not to force a new idea onto other people. This is something I've experienced over the years and forcing never brings good results. Share those ideas instead. By sharing, I hope to let the other party know that I'm totally ok if he/she rejects the idea hands down or accepts it. It's also called giving others a choice.
For me, I put satisfaction first before anything else when it comes to purchasing things like food or products. Why be frugal and be miserable with the things you have when you can get something better at slightly higher price but be really satisfied with it? To me, it doesn't make any sense at all, to be not willing to spend for your own satisfaction. If you see the way I spend, you might be thinking 'man, this kid is a real big spender.' News flash people, I'm not. I'm a person who is willing to spend, there is a big difference between the two.
All in all, life is a learning experience. Right? We learn as we go, set our own benchmarks, achieve them and leave. Life can be really simple at times, yet complex. I'm just a kid, what would I know? I only know that, life is a wonderful yet merciless teacher who never fails to teach us new things.

Of Sweetness Like Sugar-Free Gum

This picture was taken from Praveen’s FB album. Remember this? I’m sure the ones in the photo do. For me, I think though I say that I don’t really miss them but I know that deep down (how down I don’t know) I do miss them and it’s kinda sad that we can’t even meet up once during the new year.
1. Attending a teachers training college down south. Met her during a meet up a week before new year.
2. A person who was barely 5minutes away and yet…
3. One who wants to hibernate and I let her be
4. Our times could not match
5. All the way in the east, impossible to meet
6. Met her during a meet up a week before the new year too
7. Crazy girl, met her during a meet up a week before new year haha
8. Flew all the way from overseas but time was unkind to us.
